Forearm Twist in Maya

This is the first version of a forearm twist setup in Maya. The idea is to simplify the process, and for now, I am using some of the established techniques combining orient and aim constraints to avoid joint flipping. Skin weights will need to be optimised a bit more to preserve the volume in extreme poses.
